Every group is different — and so is every event. Pricing for webinars and workshops depends on several key factors:

    A short webinar with a Q&A will be priced differently than a half-day, hands-on workshop with movement coaching and printed materials.

  • Group Size
    Large corporate webinars, small-group coaching sessions, and gym-based workshops all have different levels of prep, delivery, and interaction.

  • Content Customisation
    I tailor every session to your audience — whether it's athletes, corporate teams, mums returning to training, or coaches. Custom slide decks, handouts, and topic-specific research are included in the prep time.

  • Location & Travel (for in-person workshops)
    Travel time, transport, and equipment setup (if needed) are factored into the final quote for on-site events.

  • Follow-Up Resources
    Some events include access to recordings, recap PDFs, worksheets, or practical tools for attendees to keep — these are included in premium packages.
