Across twelve weeks, you’ll build the foundations of strength training, improve your cardio if you wish, and create structure in your warm-ups and core activation. Each week includes practical workouts plus as you sin up you will receive bonus resources such as — short ebooks and guides covering nutrition, recovery, mindset, and hormone-aware training. Everything is designed to help you understand your body, build confidence, and stay consistent long after the challenge ends.

The Thrive Track is built for women navigating perimenopause and postmenopause who want to maintain strength, boost energy, and support their health long-term. You’ll get progressive strength training, targeted recovery strategies, and simple nutrition guidance — including a focus on protein, bone health, and hormonal balance. Thrive helps you train in a way that feels empowering, not exhausting — so you can stay active and capable for years to come.

2-4 Strength sessions a week
Structured cardio plan to match your strength whether it be hyrox workouts, running, or other conditioning work.
