✨ Ingredients:
150g plain Greek yoghurt (or Skyr)
25g vanilla/plain whey protein
Zest + juice of ¼ lemon (use less zest if you’re not big on lemon)
50g fresh blueberries
20g chia seeds (or hemp seeds for milder texture)
1 tsp honey (optional)
✨ Method:
1. Mix yoghurt, protein, lemon juice + zest until smooth.
2. Stir in seeds.
3. Top with blueberries + drizzle of honey.
4. Leave refrigerated overnight for a thick pudding-like texture — if it’s too thick the next day, loosen with a splash of milk of your choice.
